The Lake Country Home Builders Association can make a difference in your business and our community.

The Lake Country Home Builders Association was formed in October of 2004 by local Building Contractors, Sub-Contractors and local Businesses. Our Association was formed under the Home Builders Association of Southside Virginia with the their help and support. Our members are centered around Mecklenburg County, Va. and both Lake Gaston and Buggs Island Lake. 

The purpose of this association is to maintain the highest professional standards in the construction industry in and around our business communities.

Our site is designed to provide information for members, prospective members and those who have an interest in building or buying a home in Mecklenburg County and around the Lake Country area.

HOME BUILDERS HELPING BLUESTONE – The Lake Country Home Builders Association, represented by its President Eric Lehman (right), presented a check in the sum of $2,000 to Bluestone High School at Monday’s School Board meeting. The money will be utilized for construction of a field house for athletics at Bluestone. Principal Lindell Palmer accepted the check on behalf of the project. School Board member Glenn Edwards, a member of the association, recently recommended to proponents of the project that they seek assistance from the association, which is a strong supporter of the county’s education system.
